Job description

The Senior CTRM Solution Architect plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and improving our Commodity Trading and Risk Management solution, Cloud4Commodities, using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Collaborating closely with experts in Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and Commodities, you enhance trading operations, risk management, and business intelligence. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you lead projects, mentor junior staff, and engage stakeholders to ensure Cloud4Commodities delivers value and efficiency.


You translate customer needs into CTRM solutions, share knowledge actively, optimize solutions, and establish best practices. Coordinating across stakeholders, you demonstrate leadership in collaboration, oversee the bigger picture, and drive improvements. What you’ll be doing

  • Design and implement comprehensive CTRM functionality within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 based Cloud4Commodities solution.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to translate business requirements into functionality and/or system architectures.
  • Lead implementation projects, ensuring fit for purpose value-added functionality for our clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments, performance tuning, and optimization exercises for deployed solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on CTRM best practices, emerging trends, and technology advancements.
  • Mentor consultants and developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CTRM solution architecture.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, risk management principles, trading operations, and system integration.
  • You have a proven experience as a Solution Architect in CTRM and/or ERP systems, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a track record of successful CTRM implementations and optimizations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.
  • Knowledgeable counterpart in discussions about Commodity Trade and Risk Management. Experienced professional in delivering projects and realizing value. Passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. A strategic thinker with the ability to mentor and lead others. An effective communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have a proven experience as a Solution Architect in CTRM and/or ERP systems, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a track record of successful CTRM implementations and optimizations.
