Here’s what our hiring process looks like.

  • Let’s get to know each other Our first chat (via Teams) is all about you, your story, your background. It’s also your moment to ask everything about the role and Dynamic People. We’ll explore if there’s a match.

  • Interview with a team lead If there’s a fit, you’ll come to our office for a deeper conversation. We’ll discuss your experience, how you’d strengthen the team, and explore your skills, professionally and technically.

  • Meet the team People are everything at DP. So we’ll introduce you to two team members. For some roles, we’ll ask you to complete a case so we can get a feel for your expertise.

  • Offer conversation It’s a match! We’ll make you an offer based on your skills, experience, level and, of course, your expectations.
